Once again I have to go now. It's 1:30AM and I still didn't eat yet. I want to thank all of you for the favs and for the wonderful compliments on my work.

I do put my all into every piece I post here. I seem to have raised the bar on myself again. I have to when I post anything here because you guys expect my work to be special, and you can be sure I always try to give you guys my best.

I can't tell how many decisions I have to make while these works are creating themselves. None of these are random shapes just thrown together, every line is part of the process. Every blackened area, hatched, lined, etc has to be thought out because one can go so many different ways with these.

One day I will do all the line work and have a contest on the various ways you guys finish it---only then will you understand how mind numbing they can be. Each work (as you know)has so many characters, illussions, etc.

Each one character alone can be pulled out and developed by itself. Now put all these characters together--and how many different ways they can go or become? Yes, I would love you guys to understand the way I do.

I'll make an announcement when I do this. Please ask my permission if you ever want to do something with a piece of mine.

Today I was working on my next piece from 9:30AM till 7:00PM. Probably have 10 hrs or more to finish it. This is another one of those beyond me works. Coming in the next few days

I average about 20 to 60 hrs for the pen and inks and over 100hrs for the paintings. Believe it or not, the morphs take the longest! I'm sure I've spent up to 200 hrs on some of them depending on the piece and how many variations I do on one piece. Also, the amount of precise details prolong the agony lol
